About this role

This role is primarily focused on HR administrative operations — most of the time you'll be handling contracts, documents, internal procedures, and compliance-related tasks. You'll also collaborate occasionally on broader HR activities, supporting the team with structured and detail-oriented execution.


You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Completed higher education (preferably in economics, law, or administrative studies);
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role - minimum 3 years;
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and administrative procedures;
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion;
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with HR software is a plus.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drafting, updating, and archiving individual employment contracts;
  • Preparing addendums, internal decisions, and employee notifications;
  • Verifying personnel files for compliance with legal requirements;
  • Monitoring and maintaining records of administrative HR documents;
  • Preparing and updating internal HR procedures;
  • Ensuring deadlines and administrative workflows are respected;
  • Preparing documentation for labor inspections or internal audits;
  • Maintaining an organized and up-to-date physical and electronic archive;
  • Distributing documents to employees and collecting signatures;
  • Responding to internal requests regarding HR documents or procedures;
  • Coordinating with external service providers for administrative support (e.g., occupational health services).
