D’Agostino is opening a new branch in Bucharest and is looking for an experienced Administrative and HR Specialist to support the setup and development of this new project. The ideal candidate has solid experience in the freight transportation sector and strong HR competencies, especially in managing non-EU personnel (residence permits, work permits, documentation, and compliance).
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the establishment and operational setup of the new Bucharest branch.
- Administrative tasks within the transport and logistics department.
- HR management, including onboarding, document control, and compliance for non-EU employees.
- Recruitment and coordination of professional drivers for international transport activities.
- Coordination with local authorities and agencies for permits and legal documentation.
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure efficient personnel and operational processes.
- Availability for local business trips and occasional visits to our office in Cluj Napoca.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative and HR roles within the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of procedures related to non-EU personnel (residence permits, work permits).
- Experience in recruiting drivers and managing a fleet workforce.
- Excellent organizational skills, precision, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and support the setup of a new operational structure.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid work model: 1 days remote and 4 day on-site per week.
