Why This Role Matters
As an Office Administrator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace. Under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager, you support the office’s administrative and operational activities, including reception, office services coordination, and colleague support. By managing office logistics and creating a welcoming, well-organized, and safe environment, you contribute directly to employee experience, operational efficiency, and overall workplace effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in administrative, office support, or similar roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
