To support our team in
Oradea (Romania) we are looking for an
Administrative officer (m/f/d)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Execute payments to suppliers by correctly entering banking data, respecting due dates from the accounting system;
- Ensure continuous awareness of and compliance with applicable accounting principles at company and legal entity level.
- Accurately record incoming and outgoing payments based on bank statements.
- Execute supplier payments by correctly entering banking details and strictly adhering to due dates reflected in the accounting system.
- Reconcile payments between accounting records and bank statements and proactively inform suppliers regarding invoice and payment status.
- Ensure the timely release of invoices in the accounting system based on approvals received from the operational departments.
- Actively contribute to innovation initiatives and process optimization efforts to improve execution speed and operational efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers via email or phone to clarify invoice details or discrepancies in bank statements.
Required skills:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Ability to be autonomous, analytical, precise and accurate in carrying out activities
- Good knowledge of the MS-Office package (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Determination, ability to adapt and flexibility
- Language skills: German and English are mandatory; additional Italian is an advantage

- Organized and reliable working style, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
