Main Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts with property owners and partners.
- Archive documents and maintain accurate records.
- Record invoices, receipts, payments, and collections.
- Pay bills and track income and expenses for each property.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Submit monthly financial documents to the accounting department.
- Verify accuracy of financial reports and balances.
- Prepare monthly reports on income, expenses, and bookings.
- Provide clear information about property status and financial results.
- Create financial reports in Excel, Google Sheets, or accounting software.
- Identify budget deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Communicate regularly with the company accountant.
