What you will be doing at Evalueserve?
As an Administrative Specialist you will play a role in supporting the activity of the UK office of a leading US-based investment bank.
General Admin & Research Support:
- Update and reorganize contact spreadsheets; maintain accurate, deduplicated client lists;
- Create statistics and analytics spreadsheets; build simple dashboards for management reporting;
- Split and structure data according to requests; ensure clean, consistent formatting and version control;
- Create distribution lists using tools specific to capital markets and internal systems;
- Add meetings to the Bank’s proprietary tool;
- Organize meetings and webinars (create invites, send out instructions, add attendees; primarily via Zoom); coordinate follow-ups and materials.
Travel & Expense Management:
- Prepare, review and submit expense reports in the Bank’s expense system;
- Itemize expenses;
- Ensure proper allocation to cost centers, projects and event/NDR codes;
- Itinerary management: consolidate itineraries; monitor changes/cancellations; manage rebooking within policy and cost caps.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Experience in a similar role, preferably for a Bank or a Multinational;
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
