Your responsibilities:
- HEALTH flow: provide information on contributions, reimbursements, and calculations of supplementary reimbursements related to Social Security; upgrades and/or downgrades of coverage levels; enrollment or termination of eligibility; rights and guarantees; redirection to the appropriate administrators for coverage and/or quotes for optical, dental, audio, and hospital services (insured members and/or healthcare professionals).
- AUTOMOTIVE flow: inform and advise on procedures and terms related to claims declarations; record and track insured users’ assistance requests.
- Respond to all customers’ inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively through emails, calls and chat.
- Supply information to provide solutions for customers.

- Excellent communication skills in French;
- Good communication skills in English for training purposes;
- Previous customer services experience preferred;
- Good organisational skills;
- PC Literate;
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines;
- Ability to multi-task whilst speaking with Customer;
- Previous experience in customer service or IT is considered a plus.
