Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person who lives and works in Bucharest, knows the local advertising market, and has experience in selling digital products, ideally Rich Media, as well as hands-on experience working with media agencies.
We are open to:
- an experienced senior sales professional who wants to have a real impact on market development and has leadership ambitions, as well as
- a sales manager with strong industry relationships who would like to help us scale sales and, in the future, build and lead a local team.
This role is for someone who wants to help build Sataku in Romania, not just hit short-term targets.
Responsibilities
- Actively selling Sataku Rich Media formats to media agencies
- Developing and maintaining relationships with media planners and key clients
- Negotiating commercial terms with media agencies
- Delivering sales presentations and preparing offers and pricing proposals
- Collaborating with our creative studio and campaign implementation teams
- (In the future) participating in building and developing a local sales team
What we expect from you
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital advertising sales (media owner / publisher / adtech side), working with media agencies as clients (mandatory)
- Experience in selling digital campaigns; Rich Media experience is a strong advantage
- Permanent presence in Bucharest and willingness to meet clients and agencies in person
- Strong knowledge of the Romanian market and existing agency relationships
- Ability to build long-term, partnership-based relationships
- Ambition, independence, and readiness to take ownership and responsibility
- Very good command of English (working language)
- Creative mindset and comfort working with numbers
- Strong communication skills and a good sense of humor
