Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with current accounts, cards, banking services, and general information requests.
• Support banking transactions in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Handle customer requests via chat.
• Ensure a high level of customer experience, with professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements:

• IT advanced (Computer skills & Typing speed)
• Italian language level - C1
• Attention to detail
• Customer-oriented, reliable, and communicative people
• High school diploma (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of PC use, Windows, and Microsoft Office
• Interest in the banking and financial sector
• Availability to work shifts
• Availability to work in the office in Iasi (Moldova Center Building)
