An Agile Coach teaches, inspires, and leads individuals, teams, and organizations as they transform the way they work. Supports individuals, teams, and/or organizations in adopting and improving agile practices to increase customer value and business impact. They act as mentors and facilitators, enhancing collaboration, streamlining processes, and improving performance. This role is required for a set of low-code and high-code/full code apps that enable service engineers to perform on-site inspections, access knowledge, and interact with different platforms. The solution is a multi-integration point system that communicates with ERPs, data lakes, SQL servers, native apps.
What kind of work will you be doing?

• Lead individuals, teams, and business units to design and execute their own plan for expanding agile while providing insights based on their experience with agile.
• Provide training in a specific agile framework or in flexible agile practices.
• Provide agile leadership coaching to executives, managers, scrum masters, and team leads.
