About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-visibility initiatives across international teams. This role blends agile and traditional project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of software, hardware, and integrated systems projects. Operating at both enterprise and workstream levels, the individual will be responsible for planning, coaching, and driving performance across multiple agile teams, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and governance standards.

What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects (ARTs/Epics) involving software development and system integration.
• Define scope, plan iterations, and manage international matrix teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Agile governance processes and monitor delivery metrics such as flow, velocity, and quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, including iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide accurate progress reporting and manage risks and issues with timely escalation.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage third-party vendors in collaboration with internal teams.
• Review internal processes and provide feedback to align delivery with strategic goals.

Who you are

• Has minimum 2 years experience of successful project delivery of telecommunications/IT product development in both traditional and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering IT projects (hardware and software) on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Skilled in managing multiple complex projects in international environments.
• Strong communicator and negotiator, capable of building relationships across Vodafone Group, operating companies, and external suppliers.
• Experienced in leading and motivating diverse project teams.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
• Accurate progress reporting and issue/risk management with timely and effective escalation.
• Holds a university degree in computer science, engineering, or management.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
