Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AI Consultant, fluent in German, to join our team in a hybrid role, based in the Timisoara Metropolitan Area. The AI Consultant will collaborate with clients to identify their unique business challenges and design innovative AI-based solutions. Daily responsibilities include consulting on AI implementation, developing and optimizing models, analyzing data, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

Your Impact:

• Support and co-lead multi-disciplinary teams (developers, consultants, architects) in delivering automation and AI solutions.
• Act as a day-to-day client contact, supporting senior team members in managing relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture concepts, and delivery roadmaps across automation and AI initiatives.
• Support the development and refinement of delivery frameworks, governance models, and playbooks.
• Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client workshops, particularly in sectors such as insurance, financial services, and manufacturing.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities (e.g. Agentic AI, RAG, ML) and support their integration into client solutions.

You are good at:

• Supporting the design of digital and AI solutions that improve business performance, reduce costs, and enhance user value.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify pain points, opportunities, and potential AI use cases.
• Building data-driven analyses, business cases, and RFP inputsunder guidance from senior team members.
• Communicating clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively in team-based, fast-paced consulting environments.
• Applying agile ways of working in project delivery.
• Bringing a curious, flexible, and hands-on mindset.
• Navigating ambiguity with structured problem-solving support.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience (strategy, digital, or technology consulting preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree is a plus)
• Exposure to AI, data, automation, or digital transformation projects (hands-on experience preferred)
• Fluency in German and English (must have)
• Strong analytical skills and business problem-solving capabilities
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in AI, innovation, and delivering tangible business impact 
• Willingness to travel as required by clients.
