You'll be a key part of building a visionary, highly-scalable system that uses tools at the cutting edge of marketing, AI, and business automation to provide exceptional services to clients in the SaaS industry, as well as to a growing portfolio of self-owned ecommerce brands within the business group.
We're hiring an AI Content Automation Specialist to own content production at scale across our marketing operations: blog posts, social media content, SEO pages, website copy, and product descriptions. You'll use AI tools and prompt engineering as your primary method of execution, working within automated workflows to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content consistently. You'll work directly with the CEO (and closely with our prompt engineering and n8n automation specialists) to understand priorities, propose solutions, and produce content that drives real business results.
This role is perfect for someone with real experience in SaaS or ecommerce content marketing who has embraced AI tools as a force multiplier. You should think beyond "just generating content" and understand brand voice, SEO strategy, audience engagement, and how content fits into the broader marketing funnel.
🔧 What You'll Do

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to understand business goals, content priorities, and strategic direction
• Produce high-quality blog posts, articles, and long-form content optimised for SEO and audience engagement
• Create social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
• Develop SEO landing pages and website copy that ranks well and converts visitors
• Write compelling product descriptions and marketing collateral for ecommerce brands (LillyGo.de, Young-Hustle.de)
• Craft prompts and content templates that produce consistent, brand-aligned outputs across all content types
• Work with our n8n automation specialists to integrate content generation into automated workflows
• Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality, accuracy, and human-level polish
• Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines that can be translated into promptable standards
• Monitor content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and iterate based on data
• Apply SEO best practices: keyword research, semantic optimisation, internal linking, and meta content
• Ensure all content meets E-E-A-T standards (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
• Suggest new opportunities for content automation that align with company strategy across all three businesses
• Constantly learn and develop new skills. We are pushing boundaries of AI-driven content and we need you to dedicate yourself to constant learning
• Work independently, manage your time well, and communicate clearly about progress or blockers
  

✅ Requirements (Necessary)

• Real experience in SaaS or ecommerce content marketing (this is essential – you must have written content for businesses in these industries)
• Published content examples demonstrating high-quality work across multiple formats (blog posts, social media, product descriptions, landing pages, email)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) to accelerate content production
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimisation, search intent, and content structure
• Ability to understand business context and translate strategy into compelling content
• Excellent written English with strong editing skills (clarity, tone control, consistency)
• Practical understanding of how to craft prompts that produce consistent, high-quality outputs
• Ability to maintain brand voice across different content types and platforms
• Comfortable discussing ideas with the CEO and making recommendations, not just waiting for instructions
• Detail-oriented with high standards for content quality and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities
• Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
  

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, or similar)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific content best practices
• Experience with email marketing content (newsletters, campaigns, sequences)
• Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make.com) and how content fits into automated workflows
• Knowledge of structured outputs (JSON, templates) for integration with automation systems
• Experience with performance marketing content (ad copy, landing pages, conversion optimisation)
• Understanding of German market nuances (helpful for our ecommerce brands)
• Interest in prompt engineering and building reusable content systems
