We’re looking for a highly engaged Senior AI Engineer – GenAI Solutions to join one of our strategic projects within a large-scale telecommunications environment. As part of Telekom's Enterprise Business division, you will contribute to the design and development of next-generation AI-powered applications, leveraging Large Language Models, agentic AI frameworks, vector databases, and modern software engineering practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, evaluating emerging technologies, and creating innovative solutions where product direction continues to evolve.
What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered enterprise applications
• Develop software solutions using AI-assisted development tools, primarily Claude Code
• Evaluate and implement agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, and similar technologies
• Extend and improve existing Dify.ai solutions by developing intelligent agents and reusable AI capabilities
• Design and maintain applications using relational and vector databases, currently MariaDB and Milvus
• Develop AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts
• Build modern dashboarding and frontend solutions for AI-driven applications
• Work with locally deployed LLMs using technologies such as vLLM and Qwen
• Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to ensure reliable deployments and scalable environments
• Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to technical and architectural decisions
  

What You'll Bring Along

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
• Extensive experience developing software solutions using modern programming practices
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, and vector search
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Dify.ai, or similar technologies
• Experience working with relational databases and vector databases such as MariaDB and Milvus
• Knowledge of Linux environments and modern software development workflows
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development practices
• Passion for innovation, experimentation, and building AI-powered enterprise solutions
• Knowledge of data science, infrastructure, or cybersecurity is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English are required
