AI-Powered Social Media Manager

We’re looking for an AI-Powered Social Media Manager to join our growing team and help elevate our clients’ digital presence through smarter content, faster workflows, and data-driven creativity.

This role blends knowledge and human creative oversight, with AI-powered tools to scale content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis across social platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create, manage, and optimize engaging social media content across multiple platforms

• Integrate AI and automation tools into daily workflows to streamline content production and improve efficiency

• Plan and execute content plan calendars aligned with marketing and brand goals

• Write compelling copy and coordinate visuals, reels, and short-form video content

• Use AI-powered platforms for ideation, trend analysis, audience insights, and content optimization

• Monitor performance metrics and transform data into actionable improvements

• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools

• Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team

• Manage communication and content approval processes when needed

• Produce high-quality content in both English and Romanian

• Contribute fresh campaign ideas and innovative digital concepts

What we are looking for:

• 4 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation

• Fluent in English and Romanian (written & spoken)

• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills

• Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools

• Mastery of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Notion AI, automation platforms, or social media AI assistants

• Understanding of how automation and AI can enhance content workflows, engagement, and analytics

• A strong creative eye with attention to aesthetics and detail

• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently

• Based in Bucharest and available to work on-site 5 days/ week from our office

• Have experience working in an agency environment

• Understand social media performance analytics, metrics and reporting

• Love experimenting with new digital tools, trends, and creative formats

• Think strategically while executing creatively

• Have hands-on experience with paid social campaigns, boost posts

• Understand both organic growth strategies and paid social performance optimization

• Can analyze campaign metrics, audience insights, and ad performance data
