We’re looking for a practical, implementation-focused AI Solution Architect to join us during a pivotal growth phase and play a key role in shaping our AI practice alongside the Chief AI Officer. This is a leadership role with strong delivery and innovation accountability, focused on scaling AI capabilities in a way that’s practical, agile, and closely aligned with real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Chief AI Officer to drive the AI vision and roadmap across projects and prototypes.
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions with strong software engineering foundations.
- Mentor and guide AI/ML teams, fostering technical excellence and hands-on problem-solving.
- Co-own technical strategy, ensuring rapid prototyping aligns with commercial opportunities and client needs.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to bring technical credibility to client conversations, shaping solutions with speed and clarity.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical & Product Expertise
- Strong background in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with a deep understanding of modern ML practices.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end AI architectures, covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Proficiency with modern AI/ML ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, orchestration tools, cloud AI platforms) and ability to architect robust, scalable solutions.
- Solid software engineering foundation: experience building, testing, and deploying production-grade ML systems.
- Track record of building and scaling AI teams or projects
- Passion for clean code, scalability, and practical innovation over academic perfection.
Business Acumen
- Previous experience in startups or founding roles is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of product-market fit, iterative delivery, and client-centric thinking.
- Experience in or exposure to enterprise environments is a bonus.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and communicate fluently with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
