What we’re looking for

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects within our Data & AI team. You will collaborate closely with developers, Business Owners, and technical experts across architecture, infrastructure, security, QoS, and product management. The Program Manager actively supports the client in defining and delivering the product or project, with a strong focus on value creation and key business performance indicators. You will also be responsible for managing and executing the delivery plan on a daily basis.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensure team coordination while applying Agile methodologies to support efficient and collaborative delivery.
• Manage the project and the associated deployment roadmap; contribute to the prioritization of needs.
• Ensure state-of-the-art developments (IT DATA & AI).
• Ensure compliance with DATA & AI architecture principles.
• Ensure proper backlog management.
• Ensure the setting of metrics and suggest new solutions to improve the value of the product/project.
• Ensure end-to-end deployment.
• Define the next steps for the project.
• Promote opportunities for sharing ideas, developments, or adapting the AGILE method used with the rest of the team.
• Ensure full visibility of issues and risks and mitigate them on a day-to-day basis.

What you need to know/have

• You have 10 years of program or project experience, especially in the network domain.
• Cross-functional coordination and project structuring abilities.
• Ability to work in a multi-diverse and international environment.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to execute and mitigate risks.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of the software world (design, operation) would be appreciated.
• You are curious, endowed with a creative spirit, and focused on innovation.
• You are able to define metrics and suggest areas for product improvement.
