Position: AI/CRM Automation Engineer
Location: Remote | Type: Internship | Duration: 4 Months
Working Days: Monday – Friday | Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Who We're Looking For
We’re hiring a motivated Intern – AI/CRM Automation Engineer who has recently completed a degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in programming (C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript) and is eager to apply their skills in AI, CRM, and automations, low code and now code solutions. If you’re passionate about learning how businesses streamline operations with automation and want hands-on experience, this position is for you.
What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimization of automation workflows across CRM and
  

marketing platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, Make.com, n8n etc).

• Building and maintaining AI chatbots, voice agents, and integrations.
• Write and troubleshoot scripts (Python, JavaScript, etc.) to extend automation workflows.
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and databases into CRM systems.
• Provide technical support for ongoing automation and CRM projects.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Document workflows, solutions, and best practices.
  

What You Should Have

• A degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
• Strong foundation in at least one programming language (C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript etc).
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and integration methods.
• Interest in AI tools, chatbots, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, n8n etc.).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to debug technical issues.
• Willingness to learn quickly and take feedback positively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
