What You'll do

• Manage airfreight operations for both exports and imports, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with regulations.

• Continuously enhance airfreight forwarding operational procedures for both import and export, improving efficiency.

• Collaborate with carriers and providers to prepare and organize airfreight shipments, documentation, booking, and tracking.

• Ensure smooth customs clearance for airfreight shipments and handle any related issues.

• Lead negotiations on rates and contracts with airfreight carriers to secure cost-effective and efficient services.

• Work with the sales team to ensure proper handling of customer requirements and dangerous goods shipments, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

• Maintain operational communication with airfreight carriers for tracking, tracing, and claims processing.

What skills & experience you will bring to us

• 5+ years of international freight forwarding experience in Air Freight

• Excellent customer service skills

• Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive results

• Proactive with strong organizational skills

• Fluent in English and Romanian
