Real products, real margins, small team where every hire matters.The RoleThe Amazon Catalog Manager owns the health, accuracy, and performance of our Amazon catalog in the US and Canada. You'll run the day-to-day of Seller Central and be the person who makes sure our listings are clean, our variations are built right, our pricing is correct, and our data is trustworthy.This role is critical. You are the operator who keeps our largest channel running.What You'll OwnListing Management (All Aspects)Launch new listings: images, copy, A+ content, keywords, backend fields, variation structureOptimize existing listings: refresh content, copy, imagery, and backend as needed to keep every listing performingWork alongside the Head of Marketing and our Amazon consultants on listing strategy and optimization prioritiesLiaise with our PPC management agency as needed to align listing changes with ad performanceCatalog OperationsBuild and manage variation families, including troubleshooting stuck variations and rebuilding parents when neededExecute flat file uploads for listings, pricing, inventory, and variationsAssign and manage GS1 barcodes, SKUs, FNSKUs, and packaging referencesCatalog reconciliation and backend cleanupPerformance & DataTrack keyword rank, category rank, and listing performanceRun daily and weekly listing health monitoring; flag and resolve price suppressions, missing content, and listing errorsResolve stranded inventory and suppressed listingsCompile weekly Amazon metrics into the reporting sheetAccount Health & ComplianceMonitor Amazon account health end-to-endHandle Seller Support cases through resolutionKeep the catalog compliant with Amazon's policies and Brand Registry requirementsBrand Referral BonusManage and verify Brand Referral Bonus program participation and attributionTeamCoordinate daily with the Head of Marketing on channel prioritiesComplete daily tasks in ClickUpCommunicate via Slack per team standardsParticipate in the Weekly L10 Team MeetingWho You Are3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience for a real brand (not just VA-level support)Comfortable working in flat files at scale, regardless of the software wrapperSharp on catalog structure, variations, brand registry, and account healthYou can look at a listing family and know within minutes whether it's built rightYou take ownership of the channel and flag issues before we askDetailsCompensation: $2,500 USD/month.
