We currently have four key top-selling products, several additional products in our portfolio and further launches planned over the coming months.We are active across most major European Amazon marketplaces and plan to expand our US business next year.We manage our Amazon business largely in-house – including marketplace operations, PPC, listings, logistics, data analysis and process development.To support our growth, we are looking for an Amazon Marketplace & Operations Generalist based in Romania.The RoleWe are not looking for a highly specialised PPC, logistics or listing expert. Instead, we are looking for someone who wants to understand the Amazon business as a whole and gradually take responsibility for different areas of our marketplace operations.We are also open to ambitious early-career candidates. You do not need to be an Amazon expert from day one if you are analytical, curious, willing to learn and comfortable taking on increasing responsibility.The role consists of three main areas:1. Amazon OperationsYou will support and gradually take responsibility for tasks such as:Amazon Seller Central managementInventory monitoring and FBA replenishmentImport and logistics coordinationCreating and improving product listingsDeals, discounts and pricing activitiesMarketplace and product complianceProduct launches and expansion into new marketplacesAmazon PPC campaign management and optimisation2. Automation & AI ProjectsTORLAND is currently working on automating more and more Amazon processes with cloud-based AI agents.You will help us:Document and improve existing processesIdentify opportunities for automationTest automated workflows and AI agentsReview automatically generated analysesDevelop control and exception-handling processesStructure our internal knowledge baseSupport the development of our future Amazon operating systemYou do not need to be a software developer.
