The Role
We are seeking a seasoned, full-time, remote Lead Amazon PPC Manager with previous experience at an Amazon aggregator or holding company. You will take ownership of our pay-per-click advertising strategies across our portfolio of 20+ emerging brands. You will not just be managing bids; you will act as a strategic growth partner. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-brand environment, knows how to quickly audit and onboard newly partnered brands, and leverages advanced analytics to maximize ROI and market share. As our portfolio grows, you will build the foundational PPC playbooks that drive our expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Campaign Management: Build, manage, and optimize complex Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP) across a diverse portfolio of 15+ brands.
- Brand Onboarding & Auditing: Quickly audit the PPC health of newly partnered brands, identifying immediate areas for waste reduction and massive growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR) daily, making macro adjustments to maximize profitability and organic ranking.
- Budget Allocation: Strategically manage and scale advertising budgets tailored to the unique goals, unit economics, and inventory levels of each individual brand.
- Reporting & Leadership: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure PPC efforts align with our overarching inventory investments.
What We’re Looking For
- Aggregator Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically at an Amazon aggregator or a highly scaled agency managing multi-brand portfolios.
- Deep Amazon Expertise: You must know the A9 algorithm inside and out and understand the distinct advertising levers required for different product categories.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Amazon Seller Central and advanced third-party bid management/analytics tools (e.g., Pacvue, Perpetua, Helium 10).
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional proficiency in data-driven decision-making. You deeply understand how PPC impacts organic rank (TACOS) and overall business profitability.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities, a high degree of autonomy for remote work, and the agility to context-switch between different brands and niches seamlessly.
