**Position:** Analyst – Investment Banking - M&A and Capital Markets

**Location:** Bucharest (near to Baneasa Airport)

As an analyst, you'll be an integral part of projects, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the investment banking process.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor degree in finance/economics/business management

- Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

- A passion for finance and a keen interest in investment banking

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and assist in building financial models to evaluate various financial scenarios. Assists in the preparation of valuation analyses using different methodologies such as DCF, comparable and precedent transactions.

- Perform extensive market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics. Gather and interpret data relevant to M&A transactions and capital markets activities.

- Actively support senior team members in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and coordination with clients and other parties involved.

- Assists in the preparation of pitch books and other client presentations. Develop clear and concise materials to communicate complex ideas efficiently.

- Participate in the preparation and review of transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Take on additional responsibilities and projects require, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
