Key responsibilities

• Budget & Forecast: Prepare FTE, SG&A and personnel cost budgets and forecasts.
• Month-End: Work in close collaboration with BSC team to ensure timely and accurate cost bookings.
• Reporting: Deliver monthly reports with variance analysis. Analyze trends and derive actions if needed.
• Compliance: Maitain compliance with relevant standards for SG&A and personnel costs. Act as a central point of contact for Internal Controls activities.
• Intercompany charges: Validate and oversee intercompany charges, ensuring adherence with relevant policies.
• Processes: Drive continous improvements in relevant processes.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Review transactions in SAP that require clarification and provide insights for decisions.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

• Finance-related education and qualification
• Fluency in English
• 3-5 years of experience in controlling, general ledger or similar positions
• IT reporting tools knowledge (Cognos & TM1) is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with cross-functional team
• High customer orientation and intercultural competences
• Team player with own initiative, reliability and active listening skills
• Organizing and excellent planning skills
• Problem-solving skills
