Coordinating and managing reservations and sales activities;
Handling reservation requests and ensuring an efficient process from quotation to confirmation;
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, partners, and business collaborators;
Identifying new sales opportunities and contributing to revenue growth;
Preparing and sending commercial offers and negotiating contractual terms;
Monitoring sales targets and preparing relevant reports.
The Ideal Candidate
Relevant experience in a Sales / Reservations role;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach;
Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
Good command of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage;
Good computer skills; experience with a CMS / reservation system is an advantage.
