As part of Stefanini’s Digital Solutions Center, as an Application Solutions Architect you will play a key role in designing application development projects, modernization, cloud migrations, and application managed services (AMS) solutions for Stefanini’s existing and future Clients.

Working with Sales and Delivery SMEs, you will translate business needs into technical proposals that are scalable, cost-effective, and competitive. You will participate in all stages of the presales cycle as well as business development activities - from early discovery through RFP responses, solution workshops, and proof of concepts - ensuring our offers address Client challenges and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presales Leadership & Strategy – Lead engagement across the sales lifecycle (discovery, RFP/RFI, proposals), shape win strategies, qualify opportunities, and guide bid/no-bid decisions based on technical fit, strategic alignment, and risk assessment.
• Market Awareness and Portfolio Development – Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously refining solution offerings and sales strategies.
• Client Engagement – Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges, run workshops, demos, and PoCs, and act as a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making journey.
• Solution Architecture & Design – Define architectures and service models for application development, modernization, cloud migration, and AMS, leveraging modern frameworks and integration platforms. Create modernization roadmaps, migration strategies, and AMS delivery models with SLAs, governance, and transition plans with our PMO team
• Value Differentiation & Innovation – Design secure, scalable solutions that align with customer goals and industry best practices, integrate AI-enabled capabilities where relevant, and position Stefanini’s offerings to stand out in the market.
• Collaboration & Validation – Work closely with Delivery SMEs, product, and engineering teams to validate feasibility, align costs, and ensure smooth handover to execution teams. Partner with pricing and commercial teams to match solutions with cost models and profitability targets.
• Proposal & Collateral Development – Produce clear solution documentation, including blueprints, integration workflows, modernization roadmaps, AMS service models, and sales collateral that clearly articulate business value, feasibility, and competitive advantage.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years in presales, solution architecture, or consulting, ideally within application development and managed services.
• Experience designing enterprise application solutions, with examples across development, modernization, and AMS.
• Familiarity with multiple tech stacks and platforms, able to recommend fit-for-purpose technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud migration approaches (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern application architectures (microservices, API-first, containerization).
• Strong understanding of service delivery models for AMS, including SLAs, KPIs, and operational transitions.
• Skilled in RFP/RFI processes, bid strategy, and solution cost modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in multinational environments; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
