Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition Engineer specializing in Infrastructure Public Tenders, located in Bucharest, Romania. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing public tender processes for infrastructure projects, analyzing tender documents, preparing technical and financial proposals, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role involves collaboration with diverse teams to secure tenders and align project strategies with organizational goals. The engineer will also troubleshoot challenges, optimize tender strategies, and liaise with stakeholders to drive successful acquisitions.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Infrastructure planning, operations, and development
• In-depth knowledge of System Administration and Networking processes
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Strong expertise in Network Security and compliance with regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with local public tender regulations and requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in public infrastructure projects is highly advantageous
• Capacity to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic, on-site environment
