You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Investigating incoming payments, including those without full details, to ensure accurate allocation.
• Applying payments to customer accounts and allocating them against open invoices to keep records current.
• Analyzing and filtering requests while considering financial regulations, VAT implications, and internal procedures.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Credit, AP, Invoicing, GL) to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information.
• Following up on outstanding or unclear cases to ensure timely resolution within agreed turnaround times.
• Processing intercompany payments accurately and sending regular reconciliation files.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all cash application activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated accounting knowledge sufficient to understand invoices, VAT, and GL accounts.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on cash application or finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of German or French to support EMEA‑region interactions.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar financial platforms).
