Developing and owning a healthy monthly B2B sales funnel by qualifying leads and managing relationships with an existing portfolio of key merchant partners;
Attracting and signing new merchant partners by presenting company solutions, added value and advantages to potential partners;
Conducting cold calling to qualify leads and converting them into deals, while actively engaging with existing customers and new prospects through inbound and outbound contacts;
Managing the existing portfolio of merchant partners, developing the partner network and promoting company services, while maintaining the customer database and identifying new growth opportunities;
Visiting shops and providing live and remote assistance to shop personnel in implementing and using company services and solutions, including process guidance and ongoing support;
Presenting and introducing best practices for shop personnel to support consumers in paying in installments with company, while also supporting upselling and cross-selling activities;
Implementing company best practices for POS activities, including communication, marketing and consumer journey, to ensure proper and responsible use of consumer loans;
Monitoring the development of POS lending volumes in shops compared to their potential and proactively suggesting improvements to enhance both user and merchant experience;
Setting up and updating POS materials in shops, as well as organizing and coordinating in-store promotions;
Providing implementation support to merchants in collaboration with the internal team;
Executing the action plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets related to sales, relationship management and consumer acquisition, in collaboration with the Head of Sales;
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on activities, deliverables and results related to partner network development and user growth;
Acting as an ambassador for company at trade shows, exhibitions and within local business networks;
Fulfilling ASM responsibilities through consistent and accurate use of CRM tools and processes, in line with internal company rules.
