Smart Diesel, part of DKV Mobility is looking for a proactive and result-driven Area Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the Alba and Mures region. The role focuses on developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions that support business growth. The successful candidate must be based in either Alba Iulia or Targu Mures.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the existing client portfolio by providing support, consultancy, and tailored solutions aimed at increasing customer loyalty and revenue
• Identify and approach potential clients, design customized offers aligned with their business needs, and negotiate and close contracts
• Prospect the fuel and related services market within the assigned territory, identifying market trends, growth opportunities, and potential customers
• Handle customer requests and complaints, ensuring effective communication with internal support departments to resolve issues
• Conduct regular visits to clients and potential clients to support both sales and post-sales activities

What makes you stand out:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
• Valid driving license (Category B)
