Title: Area Sales Manager - Office Furniture

Area to be covered: South East Europe (Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Balkans, Greece)

Ideally based: Bucharest

Package: €40,000 - €60,000 + €10,000- €25,000 Bonus (paid monthly, quarterly and annually) + company car

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales for a leading designer and manufacturer of ergonomic products promoting health and comfort in the workplace (award-winning office products known for performance and simplicity)
• Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business & existing business in Romania, Hungary & Serbia , predominately Bucharest, Budapest & Belgrade
• Focus on generating leads within the A&D community and design/build industry, as well as the dealer channel
• Training dealer partners on ergonomics and leveraging knowledge for product sales
• Focus on sustainability with numerous products certified as having a positive impact on the environment
• Strong sales background with ability to generate leads and achieve revenue goals

Requirements:

• Must have proven interiors/decorative/architectural building/furniture products sales experience
• Fluent English, ideally with multiple local languages such as Romanian, Hungarian & Serbian
• Motivated, hunter mentality
• Willing to travel across the region and internationally
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
