This opportunity comes as a result of an internal promotion, reinforcing Alkaloid’s strong culture of growth and development.

You will coordinate the South team of Medical Representativesand play a key role in translating the company strategy into strong regional execution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional field force strategy to achieve territorial and regional objectives
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop the team of Medical Representatives, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Optimize resource allocation (promotional activities, HCP interactions) based on customer potential and market insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs, clients and opinion leaders, while contributing market insights to strategic planning

• Mid-level experience (3–5 years) in Pharma Field Force Management
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• A people-focused leader with solid coaching capabilities
• High accountability, proactive mindset and strong team spirit
