Responsibilites:
- Drive business development efforts in Romania, Serbia, and Hungary by identifying and engaging with potential customers in the photonics industry, including those in the electronics sector.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to open doors for future collaboration and partnerships.
- Qualify new business opportunities, ensuring that prospects align with Photonics Systems' product and Aftersales offerings.
- Effectively communicate the value of Photonics Systems Groups' solutions and products, initiating discussions and moving prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and provide insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Photonics Systems’ brand and expand market visibility in the region.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management for capital equipment. Preferred in the field of electronic (PCB, PDBA, Power Electronics) and/or Semiconductor manufacturing.
- Also applications from candidates from the 2nd row, e.g. with a manufacturing technology backround in the fields above and a talent for sales and strong networking skills are highly welcome.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and drive business growth in a remote environment.
- Ability to effectively present and promote solutions to potential clients, positioning Photonics Systems Group as a trusted partner in the industry.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Romanian. Additional basic skills in Serbian, and Hungarian would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
