About the role
In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing markets, segments, and customers that match Skamol’s current and future capabilities, while positioning Skamol as a global brand within technical insulation systems.
What you’ll do
- Drive sales and business development across South-East Europe
- Identify and develop new markets, customers, and project opportunities
- Promote SkamoWall and SkamoEnclosure solutions within the construction ecosystem
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, installers, architects, consultants, and distributors
- Provide technical advice and act as a trusted partner to customers
- Deliver product trainings, presentations, and webinars
- Ensure specification of Skamol systems in relevant projects
- Manage negotiations and commercial agreements
- Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline and sales activities
- You will play a key role in expanding Skamol’s presence and strengthening its position in the regional market.
What you’ll bringExperience
- You have 3–5 years of success in technical or B2B sales, ideally within the construction or building materials industry.
- You understand how to navigate complex sales cycles and work confidently with architects, contractors, installers, and distribution partners. Experience in managing a territory or developing a market will be a strong plus.
Skills
- You are a natural relationship builder who enjoys being close to clients and creating long-term partnerships. With strong communication and presentation skills, you can translate technical solutions into clear business value and influence decision-makers at different levels.
- You combine a strong commercial drive with technical curiosity, allowing you to identify opportunities, grow accounts, and deliver results. You are self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable managing your own pipeline, priorities, and projects in a dynamic environment.
- You are results-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to expand your region, win new business, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- You bring a degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field. Alternatively, you have built strong technical expertise through hands-on experience combined with a commercial background.
Language
- You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written. Additional regional languages are an advantage and will support your success in building local relationships.
