Adecco Romania is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for its client, international company specialized in the production and distribution of medical instruments and devices.

• 1–3 years of experience in medical devices sales or a related technical/commercial role.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering or a related discipline).
• Good understanding of medical devices and the healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Conversational level of English (spoken and written).
• Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel as required.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Western Romania region (Timis, Mehedinti, Gorj, Caras-Severin, Hunedoara, Arad, and Bihor) by prospecting, approaching, and engaging potential clients.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial offers based on customer needs and company products.
• Provide technical and commercial support to existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiate, conclude, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring their successful execution.
• Monitor delivery documentation, payment collection, and contract compliance.
• Continuously expand the customer portfolio and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Track and achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
• Build, maintain, and develop long-term professional relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and business presentations for management.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and events with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
