Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsreich
Customer Care & Business Development:
- Manage and further develop existing customers in the Electrical market.
- Expand and maintain our wholesale network.
- Strategically grow our business through targeted acquisitions of new customers and leveraging existing potential.
Consulting & Presentations:
- Provide expert advice to our customers in collaboration with our product management.
- Conduct high quality product and solution presentations, e.g., at trade fairs or customer events.
Sales & Organization:
- Prepare and follow up on offers in close cooperation with internal sales department.
- Handle administrative documentation and reporting standards, especially CRM data, ensuring transparency, compliance, and data integrity.
Ihr Profil – Das bringen Sie mit
- Completed technical education and/or solid B2B sales and customer support experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plastics technology) of minimum 5 years.
- Excellent English skills; confident MS Office user; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Driving license and high willingness to travel (approx. 60-70%, modern company car provided).
- Analytical thinking, commercial understanding, and enthusiasm for solving technical challenges.
- Communicative, committed, and service-oriented personality with strong negotiation skills and passion for customer service.

Ihr Gehalt – Transparent und attraktiv
Your annual salary (fixed salary + bonus), which is linked to the Euro, ranges between € 40,000,--to € 50,000,-- depending on your education and experience. The attractive compensation package includes both company car and mobile phone for private use.
