Responsibilities and Duties:
• Market Prospecting: Actively identifies new opportunities and continuously attracts customers.
• Portfolio Development: Manages, builds loyalty and expands the portfolio of existing customers.
• Field Visits: Plans and carries out periodic visits according to a daily/weekly schedule.
• Promotion and Sales: Presents and directly sells the company's products in the designated region/area.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiates contractual terms and conditions according to internal policy.
• Achieving Objectives: Follows and implements the sales plan (monthly, quarterly, annual) and KPI indicators.
• Competition Analysis: Actively monitors market trends, competition and collects customer feedback.
• Active Reporting: Prepares accurate activity reports (visits, sales, collections, forecast).
• Collections Management: Directly responsible for tracking and collecting customer balances on time.
• Document management: Rigorously manage commercial documents (orders, invoices, receipts, contracts).
