Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Braşov, Romania. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed plans and technical drawings, and coordinating design solutions from early concept to execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with interior designers and other team members, participating in client meetings, and adapting designs based on feedback and regulations. The role also involves preparing documentation for permits, working with consultants, and supporting construction phases to ensure design intent and quality are maintained. The Architect will contribute to project planning, timelines, and quality control across multiple projects.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
• Experience with Project Management, such as coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders across all project stages.
• Familiarity with Integration between architectural solutions and related disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP) to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
• Understanding of Software Development principles or digital workflows (e.g., BIM, parametric tools) as they relate to architectural design is an advantage.
• Professional degree in Architecture and eligibility to work in Romania; local certification or registration is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, or similar) and visualization tools.
• Ability to read and interpret building codes and regulations, with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and interact with clients and consultants.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Romanian and/or other languages is an advantage.
