This role offers the opportunity to lead the creative vision and execution of a high-performing marketing website in a fast-paced, global environment. You will shape web experiences that balance brand integrity with performance, driving engagement, acquisition, and conversion at scale. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including SEO, CRO, Marketing, Product, and Design, you will ensure projects are executed with excellence while continuously improving UX/UI. This position empowers a hands-on approach to design, innovation, and system development, offering influence over both strategic direction and day-to-day creative output. Accountabilities

• Define and own the creative vision and strategic roadmap for the marketing website, aligning design with business and growth objectives
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with web designers, developers, CRO/SEO specialists, and external partners to deliver high-quality web experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Growth, Product, and Communications to ensure web initiatives are visually compelling and performance-driven
• Continuously improve UX and UI through iteration, testing, and adoption of best practices
• Manage and evolve the Website Design System in collaboration with developers, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints
• Establish and optimize processes to streamline web operations, increase project velocity, and enable self-serve capabilities
• Translate performance insights and business requirements into actionable briefs and creative initiatives
  

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing within high-growth tech or SaaS environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, high-quality execution, and web/digital campaign experience, including AI-assisted or AI-powered projects
• Deep understanding of web design principles, responsive development, SEO, CRO, and analytics
• Proficiency with Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and relevant analytics platforms
• Curiosity and experience integrating AI tools into design workflows or product experiences
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to balance brand integrity and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating effectively with developers and marketing operations teams
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to continuous improvement
