This role oversees the mechanical and electrical assembly of automated manufacturing systems, coordinates daily activities of the assembly team, and ensures projects are completed on time and to specification. Responsibilities include interpreting technical , documentations, electrical and pneuamtical diagrams, drawings and CAD models, organizing workflow on the shop floor, assigning tasks, and monitoring quality and safety standards. The team leader collaborates with design, electronics, and automation engineers to resolve technical issues, supports system installation and commissioning, and prepares documentation related to assembly procedures and improvements. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and customers.QualificationsStrong mechanical background with skills in Mechanical Assembly and Mechanical Engineering.Competence in Electronics for industrial automation systems and basic understanding of control hardware.Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.Experience in Automation, including integration of mechanical, electrical, and control components in industrial systems.Previous experience leading technical teams or projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety standards.Relevant technical degree or vocational qualification in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.Ability to communicate clearly in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
