Your impact:

We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager who provides multiple aspects of software service and support to a large portfolio of Resident Screening clients. They perform software implementation, drive the resolution of client reported issues, compile account performance reviews and analysis, lead end user training, and work with clients to create policies, procedures and workflows.


Working hours are 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday to Friday


This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.


What you’ll bring along:

  • 0–2 years of project/account management experience or relevant client-facing experience
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Strong aptitude for learning software platforms and working with software interfaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail with a big-picture perspective
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, independent problem solver with a client-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

It is considered a plus:

  • CRM experience
  • Property management or resident screening experience


What you’ll do:

  • Serve as primary contact for Resident Screening clients, providing ongoing support and account management
  • Monitor account performance and recommend process or policy improvements
  • Manage software integrations, updates, and issue resolution with internal teams
  • Lead product implementations, training, and best-practice guidance
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements and coordinate with sales as needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with special projects or cross-team initiatives
