What you’ll do

• 
  
• Maximise customer engagement and drive product adoption during and after onboarding
  
• Manage customer cases and coordinate with our support and engineering teams
  
• Monitor customer usage and lead proactive check-ins to ensure success
  
• Create and share insightful monthly Management Reports
  
• Deliver a customer experience that inspires delight, value, and long-term trust
  

What you’ll bring

• 
  
• 3+ years’ experience in IT or SaaS Customer Success (CRM knowledge, ideally Salesforce)
  
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
  
• A process-driven mindset with excellent Excel and reporting abilities
  
• Confidence to manage multiple customers and priorities with care and consistency
