Your impact:

We are currently seeking a talented Associate Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.

We specialize in delivering innovative software solutions and services that empower our clients to streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. As an Associate Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our European clients’ success by providing exceptional functional and technical support and guidance throughout their journey.

This role will give you the opportunity to improve your existing knowledge, but also to diversify it, since we cover multiple areas, such as: accounting support, implementations, system configuration, trainings, client meetings, testing and even SQL debugging.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least two days per week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What you'll bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economic Engineering, or related discipline is required
• Proven accounting knowledge is essential
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address client needs effectively
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously

What you'll do:

• Understand clients’ requirements and align our products and services to meet their needs
• Proactively monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Technical, QA , Cloud etc.
• Act as a technical resource for clients, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and training on our products and solutions
