Your impact:
Are you driven, enthusiastic, and ready to make a mark in the world of coworking? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Yardi Listing Network team and help expand our global coworking ecosystem.
In this role, you will actively engage with coworking operators, guiding them from initial outreach through onboarding and activation on our platforms. You will communicate with partners via phone, email, and live product demonstrations, helping turn prospects into active, bookable listings.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, with a flexible start between 06:00-08:00.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What you'll bring along:

  • Secondary education (high school) with Baccalaureate Diploma;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and guide conversations;
  • Persistence and follow-through in driving tasks to completion;
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized;
  • Confidence in presenting product value and moving conversations forward.

It is considered a plus:

  • Experience with Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience working with clients over phone, email, and other screen sharing communication channels;
  • CRM software knowledge
  • Proficiency in European languages (ex: Spanish, Italian, etc.)

What you’ll do:

  • Run targeted outreach campaigns to coworking operators through cold calling and email;
  • Engage prospects and present CoworkingCafe or Deskpass through live product demonstrations (Teams);
  • Guide operators through onboarding and implementation, ensuring their spaces are set up correctly on the Yardi Listing Network;
  • Follow up consistently to move conversations forward and drive spaces to activation;
  • Identify and resolve blockers during onboarding, using a structured and solution-oriented approach;
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in CRM systems;
  • Collaborate with team members across regions to support shared goals and execution.
