Your main missions:
• Turning a no into a yes: Calling clients who have not accepted our offer, discussing with them to understand their needs, answering their questions and making them want to come back to us;
• Accompanying each client throughout the process, up to the appointment for a final evaluation in one of our 70 agencies in France;
• Encouraging clients to take action;
• Creating a relationship of trust and making the difference that transforms prospects into loyal customers, while offering an impeccable customer experience from the first contact.
