We’re looking for a talented AV Editor who lives and breathes video, sound, and storytelling. If you’re detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What you’ll do:

• Edit video and audio content for advertising campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and branded content
• Work closely with producers, creatives, and copywriters to bring concepts to life
• Handle post-production workflows: editing, sound sync, basic color correction, exports, and versioning
• Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms (social, digital, TV, online)
• Manage feedback and revisions efficiently, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Keep projects organized and follow post-production best practices

What you bring:

• Proven experience as an AV Editor (agency or production environment is a big plus)
• Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro required; After Effects and DaVinci Resolve are a plus)
• Good understanding of audio editing, pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
• Attention to detail and a strong visual sense
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• English proficiency (working level)

Nice to have:

• Experience with motion graphics or basic animations
• Familiarity with social media formats and trends
• Experience working on advertising campaigns or branded content
