Draft and Review Contracts: Making sure contracts (e.g., purchase,Superficies, rental agreements) meet legal requirements. Land use and zoning: assist, upon request, the technical department inobtaining necessary permits and approvals for land use. Environmental issues: advises the company on environmental concernsrelated to real estate transactions, such as contamination, remediation andcompliance with environmental laws. Risk assessment: assesses the risks involved in a land transaction (purchase orsuperficies contract) and provides guidance to the company on how tomitigate those risks.
