What you'll do
Build and manage a steady pipeline of B2B projects across Bucharest and Ilfov.
Prospect actively and cultivate a network of architects, developers and partners — meetings, showroom visits, industry events.
Qualify opportunities and take them through to signature, alongside the design team.
Negotiate commercial terms within company policy and follow each project through to delivery.
Keep everything in order: a clean pipeline in the CRM, fast quotes, promises kept.

B2B Business Manager
We're looking for one person: someone who wants to build the B2B arm of a design house with 20 years of reputation — and be paid for exactly how well they do it.
About the role
We're opening a dedicated B2B division and handing you the keys. You'll develop relationships with the architects, developers, hoteliers and companies who need a serious partner for furnishing and fit-out. You open the doors and carry the conversations through to contract; a senior designer handles the technical side, and the brand portfolio speaks for itself. You're not inheriting a ready-made territory — you're creating one.
Who we're looking for
5–10 years in B2B sales or business development — ideally in furniture, design, architecture, construction, finishes or fit-out.
An established network among architects and developers, or a clear sense of exactly how to build one.
Someone autonomous and organised, who runs on direction rather than supervision.
Polished, persuasive communication in Romanian and English.
An instinct for premium products: you know a client isn't buying a discount, but a solution they can trust.
A driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
