Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, and building a well-balanced pipeline while ensuring high conversion rates to meet output goals;
- Set up thought-through outreach strategies to establish strong corporate relationships with medium businesses and ensure the successful completion of newly acquired deals;
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by implementing effective strategies, identifying potential customers, and analyzing personal performance while leveraging an uncapped commission scheme;
- Share regular updates on overall business progress, opportunities, and market successes with the management team;
- Provide valuable market feedback to the Product team to support the continuous development of corporate solutions based on clients' real needs;
- Monitor emerging markets, identify new business opportunities, and promptly respond to market shifts by removing existing operational obstacles.

For one of our clients, a high-growth international tech organization specializing in shared mobility and smart urban business solutions, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Business Development Manager. This role is designed for a senior sales professional who possesses an in-depth understanding of the SME and mid-market sectors, excels at driving revenue growth, and is ready to support ambitious expansion plans within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with strong expertise in selling corporate services to SMEs and mid-sized businesses;
- A university degree is considered advantageous;
- Passionate about sales with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious growth targets;
- Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and successfully closing deals with mid-market clients;
- Flawless communication skills in Romanian and fluent level of English (both written and spoken), with the ability to efficiently network and build professional relationships;
- Highly data-driven and analytical mindset, with advanced experience using CRM tools (Salesforce is highly preferred) to examine data and optimize sales activities;
- High level of initiative, hands-on work ethic, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive attitude toward solving market challenges.
