Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, planning meetings, closing deals, and tracking all touchpoints in the CRM to ensure a comprehensive history;
- Use proven outreach methods and best practices to establish, strengthen, and maintain excellent corporate customer relationships while promoting and selling dedicated B2B business solutions;
- Achieve growth and hit ambitious sales targets by analyzing and optimizing personal sales performance, leveraging the benefits of an uncapped commission scheme;
- Maintain constant awareness of relevant product development opportunities and the competitive landscape to market the business offering effectively;
- Work closely with the local business team to close significant deals and contribute actively to a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base.

For one of our clients, a high-growth international tech organization specializing in shared mobility and smart urban business solutions, we are seeking a driven and proactive B2B Business Sales Specialist. This role is designed for a professional who understands the SME/SMB market, possesses a strong commercial acumen, and is eager to accelerate corporate sales growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in fast-paced B2B sales or corporate account management;
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client onboarding, and managing sales pipelines for small to mid-sized businesses;
- Flawless communication skills in Romanian and fluent level of English (both written and spoken);
- Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and communication abilities across multiple formats (in-person, phone, and written);
- Analytical mindset with advanced data management understanding; hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is highly advantageous);
- High level of initiative, a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving attitude, and a collaborative mindset.
